Q: How often should I train to get the best results?

For best results, strength training should be done at least 2-3 times per week.

Q: How Long will it take before I see results?

The best gains are normally seen within the first three months of training

Q: Will I get bulky?

Depending on what your goal is, weight training builds muscle and makes definition, bulk comes from increasing your dietary intake.

Q: Should I do other training?

Most programs have days on days off, on your days off cardio work is recommended.

Q: How much rest do I need in between sessions

It is recommended that rest between weight training is two days or when DOMS subside (delayed onsite muscle soreness)

Q: Am I too unfit to start training?

 It's never to late to get fit.   If you wait to get fit to start training, you will never start.
